Photos from the visit to Antarctica
From 18 to 21 January, the Prime Minister visited Antarctica to highlight New Zealand’s interests and activities there and in the Southern Ocean.He visited New Zealand science and environmental management programmes and viewed New Zealand’s historic hut conservation projects. The Prime Minister also participated in the unveiling of a Ngai Tahu-made Pou Whenua, sign and tukutuku panels at NZ's Scott Base. Ngai Tahu supplied artwork for the base consisting of the Pou Whenua, a new sign, and tukutuku panels.
