The Prime Minister's Sundays are typically full of visits to community events.  On the 15th of March, John was in and around Auckland and used part of the day - from about 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, to visit three significant events.  In video one, he opens the Running of the Bays event - this year, well over 75,000 participated.  In video two, he is joined by John Tamihare, Hon Paula Bennett and Hon Tau Henare in a visit to the 10th annual Tarara Day festivities at the Birdwood Winery Estate, Te Rangi Hiroa Park in West Auckland.  Tarara day is a celebration of the union of Maori and "Dalmation" cultures.  In video three, he visits the Kumeu Show in his Helensville electorate. The Kumeu Show is the largest A&P show in the Southern Hemisphere.
